Tech Review: Apple Watch SE 2

I've been reviewing some tech I own and I never reviewed my Apple Watch I've had for a while. An Apple Watch is something I knew I always wanted. However not until I got one did I realize just how useful they are. Basically the connectivity with your iPhone is the main feature. You can see notifications right on your wrist. You can also pause or play music or podcast right on the watch. Apps on the watch are viewable from Grid view or List view. Grid View is better to me even tho it might take a second to move around to find the desired app. List view is just what it sounds like. Customization is really cool on the Apple Watch too. You can take any picture you have for the most part and import it to the watch face. You can also have it set so it runs through different pictures when you tap the display. iPhones would eventually copy this in recent iOS updates.  Some other cool things an Apple Watch can do is display your heart rate. It can also track your sleeping (through dif...

Album Review: Doja Cat-Vie

The much anticipated latest Doja Cat album! I was very curious to see where she'd go after the dark rap heavy Scarlet. The path she took was a 80s sounding pop album. It took a few listens for the album to click with me but yeah its awesome. Doja is in her zone here on this album. She sings a lot and acts as her own featured rap artist which is interesting. The first 3 songs are pretty strong. "Cards" is sultry. I love "Jealous Type" too (the lead single). "AAAH MEN!" might be my favorite song however. The production is great but maybe not the best she's ever had. I liked most every song. "Silly!Fun!" and "Come Back" are also excellent. As far as features go there's only SZA on " Take Me Dancing". So basically we have a very strong album here...but maybe not quite as good as Planet Her but its very close. Maybe I'll do a Deja Cat album ranking in the near future. She's been one of my favorite artists sinc...

Album Review: Justin Timberlake-Everything I Thought It Was

I gotta admit this album took a while to grow on me. At its worst it kinda sounds like a rehash of some of his older work. Some of these songs are really catchy tho, like "Fuckin Up the Disco" and "Flame". The song "Technicolor" is entirely too long and drags on. "Love & War" was a really smooth highlight. The album isn't bad, in fact I prefer it to the very underwhelming Man of the Woods album which I also reviewed. The production is good but a step down from what I'm used to on a JT record. So yeah most of these songs were good....if you're a fan of his give this a spin....if not start with some of his older albums.  Lyrics 22 Beats 21 Depth 22 Tilt 21 Verdict 86

I finally got a PS5!!!

Yesterday was the day! I finally got a PS5 y'all....after wanting it since it about came out....Expect a review on the system at some point like I've done for other systems. I got one that came with NBA 2k26. I also bought Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth and Tekken 8. It's good to be a gamer! My first impressions is the system feels so premium and futuristic. That controller feels so damn good! The astro bot demo was very fun from what I tried out yesterday.

Album Review: Jazmine Sullivan- Heaux Tales

The latest album from Jazmine Sullivan is pretty good even if it is a step down from her 3rd masterpiece, Reality Show. The album has a lot of skits from women. They tell tales, hence the album's title. Some are pretty funny, some are sad. "Pick Up Your Feelings" is a terrific song. Jazmine really does well on mid tempo songs. She sing raps on "Put It Down" and damn its really catchy. The production on the album is good but nothing amazing. The only real guests on the songs on the album are Anderson .Paak , Ari Lennox, and H.E.R.. Overall we have a short album but hey its great still. IMO Jazmine is one of the best R&B artists of our time. Lyrics 24 Beats 21 Depth 23 Tilt 23 Verdict 91
