My Favorite R&B albums Part One

I feel like i dont show enough love to Contemporary R&B so here are some of my favorite albums Aaliyah:Aaliyah - The self titled album from Aaliyah is one of the better R&B albums I’ve heard. The Timbaland beats are smooth and varied. Aaliyah was in her prime here, R.I.P. to the baby girl. Alicia Keys Element of Freedom - I believe this is Alicia’s best album overall. It doesn’t have any lackluster songs. I really like Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart and Unthinkable(I’m Ready) The Dream- Love Hate - The extraordinary songwriter’s debut album is has its ups and downs but the highs are really high if you will. Like SHawty is the Sh**, Fast Car, Livin a Lie, and Nikki. Amerie Because I Love It- This is the album that really got me into Amerie. I’m surprised this didn’t come out in the U.S. This album is incredible. Amerie has some really varied songs like Hate2loveu, Crazy Wonderful, and Losing U. Amerie In Love & War- Amerie’s best album to

Common's The Dreamer/The Believer Track by Track Review

The Dreamer- A great intro track. It’s clear that Common is back as he spits hard here. Maya Angelou closes out the track. “Took me back to when I first had a dream, to be   like the King that sung Billie Jean” 9.5/10 Ghetto Dreams- Chai Town ’s Nas is joined by none other than the real Nas. The song is fast paced and hot. The beat is hot and I like the simple chorus. 9/10 Blue Sky- I absolutely love this song. The song has a lot of cool elements in it. Most impressive Common’s impeccable lyricism. Mr. Blue Sky please tell us why. 10/10 Sweet- A diss track to noone in particular(sorry Drake). Common raps hard here, perhaps a little too hard as he is clearly a soft rapper as well. “Sweet a** b**ch mother f***er” 9/10 Gold- This is a pretty good song. The beat is pretty simple yet effective, I really like the Chorus.   8/10 Lovin I Lost- Ah a song about love that was lost. “How could someone you love each and everyday, be on their

VG Blog: Ode to Ocarina of Time

I am writing this to show my respects to what I think is the best(not greatest) game I have ever played. The original was released in 1998. The game just has everything a good game should have. There's an excellent story, Great Controls, Terriffic Enemies and Engaging Boss Fights. The graphics were also impressive for that time....the only thing I dont really like is the fact is that the game is mostly linear, but there are some side quests. The game starts off pretty easy, in fact on subsequent playthroughs I could breeze right threw the first 2 dungeons and their bosses. Gohma is pretty easy, and the KIng Dodongo is even easier if you know where to stand. The 3rd dungeon, Jabu Jabu's Belly will give you fits unless you know exactly what to do. I think i was stuck on one part for weeks. More than any other dungeon in the game do i think the new item you get is so effective. Without it you will struggle. The boss is really tough too, but if your quick you can take h

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

Okay now I will review one of my favorite movies Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. This movie came out way back in 2005, but its still one of the most emotinal, tragic movies ever made. What I liked The Opening scene was so awesome. In fact the first 20 minutes are action packed. The duel between Anakin, Obiwan vs. Count Dooku was great. The fight against Grievous' bodyguards was cool also. The Dialogue in this movie was great unlike its 2 predecessors. Obi Wan has his famous "You were the Chosen one" to a defeate Darth Vader. Then theres Palpatine who just seems to have one cool line after another. Anakin's seduction by the Dark side is the movie's main theme. If you thought Hayden didnt do a good job in EP. 2, you will change your mind in this one. He's Confused, he's passionate, and he's willing to do anything to save his wife, Padme The Duels were really good, especially the decision to show Yoda vs. Sidious and Vader vs. Obi wan at the same
