 I gotta admit I want too high on this album at first, but Ella Mai delivers again. This album features more of her great singing and the lyrics are really good. I gotta admit tho she doesn't seem as feisty as she was in her debut....The production is for sure a tad bitter tho. She again keeps the guest list short. There's just Latto, Roddy Rich, and Lucky Daye. You do hear some narration from Mary J. Blige on certain tracks tho. Overall this album is just as deep as its predecessor. This album is a very smooth listen. Ella Mai is a beautiful woman who makes beautiful music. "Boo'd Up" the lead single is great as are other songs like "Gut Feeling" and "Close" and "Dangerous".She keeps guests spots to a  minimal. There's only John Legend, H.E.R., and Chris Brown. I found almost every song to be quality, but the production is rather standard. All in all this is a good R&B album that you should check out. Lyrics: 23 Beats: 21 Depth: 24 Tilt: 24 Verdict: 92
