T.I.’s ninth album is an improvement over 2012’s Trouble
Man. T.I. sounds as focused as ever, but the album isn’t the most cohesive. The
best song is New National Anthem with Skylar Grey in which TI talks about the
violence against black men in America. Pharell produces a lot of the tracks,
and production wise the album is great. The bonus tracks are decent but ultimately
im glad they are bonus tracks. The album has a lot of guests including Usher,
Young Jeezy, Young Thug, Iggy Azalea, Chris Brown, and the Dream.TI even raps
about another friend of his that passed way .The album is not as good as Paper
Trail, but ultimately it’s a great album, and a worthy successor.
Final verdict: 9/10. Its the king b*tch!
