Britney Spears Till the World Ends Review

Britney’s 2012 effort is pretty good in all aspects. The beats are fire, and her lyrics are also pretty good. This seems to be the album she has been trying to make after Blackout and Circus. Those were good albums, but this one is great. The songs are fun and have catchy choruses. Some of my personal favorites include I Wanna Go, Seal it With a Kiss, and Big Fat Bass. Ultimately the album is executed very well for the Queen of Pop.   Overall i give this album a 9.25/10. Its not perfect but its fun and sexy above all else.

Video Game Review: New Super Mario Bros. Wii U

Okay i recently beat this game for the Wii U. It is everything a Mario should be. It has really nice graphics, and is a breath of fresh air with new suits and Yoshi....and not to mention Baby Yoshi. The story is the same as always: Peach is kidnapped by Bowswer......and his fam. Out of all of Bowser's kids u face off against baby bowser the most. The game has air tight controls and has multiplayer playthrough...but i can imagine having 3-4 players at once can be tough. The game gets really difficult later on, but with perseverance(and power ups sometimes) you can beat it. The games final showdown features a run to bowser with Baby Bowser on your heals....then u fight Bowswer the old school way. AFter that things get crazy. Overall I'd give this game a 9.0/10. Its not perfect but its one of the better games i've played period.

Meek Millz-Dreams and Nightmares review

The Debut album by Meek Milly! It’s a good album, but there’s nothing really revolutionary here. Meek doesn’t really change his rhyming style or his tone as he yells through most tracks. That is his style….but it grows old quickly. On the positive side the beats are good, and the guest features really help out. The album has some bangers on it, making for a decent listen. I don’t really know if Meek can shine like Rick Ross can though, but there was a time when Ross wasn’t as good either I give this album a 7.75/10. Its not bad

The best Rap albums of 2012

This is my list of the best albums of the year. Feel free to comment. I feel like this is the best group of rap albums since 2010. 1.       Kendrick Lamar-good kid, M.A.A.D. City :It seems that a another westcoast artist has come out on top again. This year had a lot of great rap albums, but Kendrick Lamar’s 2 nd album (1 st official) is a modern day classic. It reminds me a lot of the old Ice Cube albums. It has a little bit of everything, with a nice storyline as well. His lyricism is really incredible here, and the beats are very cohesive also. I like all the songs…I really can’t wait to here more from the new best rapper in the westside. 2.       Nas-Life is Good : A lot can be said about Nas’s latest album. I didn’t think it would be as dope as it is. It has a lot of very personal and introspective songs. All the guest spots seem well used as Nas is joined by Rick Ross, Mary J. Blige, and Miguel just to name a few. I didn’t f...

Ne-Yo's R.E.D. review

The latest Ne-yo album is a really good one. The songs are very cohesive. It kinda seems like this is similar to Libra Scale, but its excuted better. The album’s opener, Cracks in Mr. Perfect is interesting as Ne-yo gets very introspective. The album does feel a tad bit long at over 17 tracks. There are different styles that Ne-Yo has like Pop and even a country sounding song with Tim McGraw. Overall this is a win for him. I'll give it a 9/10

good Kid m.A.A.D. city Review Two-Track by Track

Kendrick Lamar Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City[Deluxe Edition] Album Review Seeing is this is the rap album of the year[2012], it was only tradition that I do a track by track breakdown of this work of art.     Sherane a.k.a. Master Splinter’s Daughter- The album starts with the “homies” & Kendrick Lamar giving their lives over to Jesus threw prayer. This part of the story is revealed later in the album. This song is pretty good.   Kdot talks about him being seduced by a gurl named Sherane. The song ends with Lamar’s mom and dad calling his voicemail. The album is off to a good start. 8.5/10 B*Tch, Don’t Kill My Vibe- This song has a pretty mellow feel to it. However Kendrik raps pretty well on it. “I am a sinner and I’m prolly gonna sin again” goes the chorus. The female voice on the chorus makes this track a winner. 8.5/10   Backseat Freestyle- This isn’t relevant to the album’s story, but this is one hot freestyle. Kendrick raps a...

Video Game Blog: FPS's vs. RPGs

It's been a while since i've done a video game blog but here it goes. Black Ops II seems to represent why i love First Person shooters. Its action packed, and isnt hard to get into. I have absolutely loved the COD series ever since CoD MW2.  Its not the only FPS i've played since getting my PS3. I have also really enjoyed Killzone 2 and 3 and Resistance 1 and 2. I liked Killzone alot more than Resistance though. The online play for most of these games has been simply extradinary! Ah yes the Role Playing Games. I used to be a huge RPG fan ....and well to some degree I still am. I have really gotten into Mass Effect 3 and 2 this year. Those games are really dope. Not dope meaning dope but dope meaning DOPE. However Final Fantasy is the RPG that really got me into the genre. But the Final Fantasy games have been goin downhill like nobodies business....I think FFX was a classic, and FFXII was decent.....but FF 13 was a crime aagaisnt humantity. Sure it looked great...b...
