Cham has to be in the conversation for one of the best
southern rappers. Cham has impressive flow, and great word choice. Also he has
some really conscious topics on the album like on The Morning/Evening News, and
on Ultimate Victory, and Hip Hop Police. Overall I feel the album is a lot deeper
than its predecessor, and it doesn’t get old quickly. I feel the beats are the
weakest part of the album, but they’re nothing to complain about. The album
doesn’t have any cussing which is radio friendly!
Ima give this album a 9/10. Chammmillitary mane!
