Tech Review: Iphone Air

I have only had this phone for over a week but I feel the need to review it. I recently got a 512gb light gold iPhone Air. This phone is so thin. You really have to hold it for yourself to believe it. I knew when I used it at a local Best Buy I had to have it. The phone is also a modern marvel having most of the technology in the camera bump. Of course you're wondering about that camera and battery life.  Honestly the battery is decent. It gets me through the day at work with minimal charging ( I mean who goes somewhere with no charger anymore?). The camera is good too. I'm not a huge camera guy anyways. The phone's 6.5 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display is great. I really notice a difference from my old phone (iPhone 12). The phone doesn't really get that hot either which is great. One thing I'm not a huge fan of is the one speaker on the phone....but honestly it's not that bad. I usually use headphones anyways. Apple Intelligence is still in beta but I think ...

The Top Ten Rap Albums of All Time List

This is my list. All these albums are relatively 98-100 rated. I do have some personal bias here. If you don't see an album you think should have made the list just comment. Honorable Mentions Nas-Stillmatic Jay Z- Reasonable Doubt The Notorious B.I.G.- Life After Death Raekwon-Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Ice Cube- Amerikka’s Most Wanted Kendrick Lamar- To Pimp A Butterfly  Eminem- The Marshall Mathers LP 2 10) Outkast-Stankonia- This was the album really propelled Outkast to superstardom. Sure it’s a little weird at points but it really is an impressive album from Big Boi and Andre 3000. The production is really solid. I love the first song “Gasoline Dreams”. “Ms. Jackson” is one of those all-time great rap songs. You also have “So Fresh, So Clean” and the super hype “B.O.B.” There some other good songs too like “We Luv Deez Hoez” and “I’ll Call Before I Come”. It feels good to have a dirty south album on this list. Underrated Track Pick: Gasoline Dreams. 9) 2Pac- Me Against the...

Video Game System Review: PS5 Slim

So if you've been following the blog you knew this post was coming. Last month I finally was able to get a Playstation 5. OMG was it well worth the wait. It was looking like I'd be stuck on the last generation forever lol.  The graphical upgrade on the PS5 is pretty noticeable. Of course I'm sure it would be better with a 4k TV but my smart tv is 1080p so its fine for now. I do notice more details and such in the games. For example in NBA 2k26 the players are far more expressive and move more lifelike. I don't have a lot of games right now, but I have played some like NBA 2k26, Tekken 8, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (Expect a review on that one day). The load times are insanely fast. It's really noticeable from the PS4. There is a game switcher in the controller home button menu that can switch games really easily. The PS5 can do a lot of things. The controller has a built in mic and streaming is so easy. You don't have to stream of course you can choose to re...

Nicki Minaj Albums Ranked

Nicki is the greatest female rapper of all time. My opinion on some of these albums have changed since I reviewed them. Lets get it! 7)Pink Friday Roman Reloaded (80)- Even though this is the lowest rated album it sounded really good in its time. You basically have the first half which is rap heavy, and the second half which is mostly pop….or as I’ve heard “Nicki Gaga” LOL. The first 3 songs “Roman Holiday” , “Come on a Cone”, and “I am Your leader” are really good. I really like “Champion” too, which features Nas, Drake, and Young Jeezy. “Right By My Side” with Chris Brown tho is my favorite. “Starships” is the best of the pop songs.  6) Pink Friday Roman Reloaded The Re-Up (84)-While only at 7 songs this was a good short set of songs. “Up In Flames” Is fire and one of Nicki’s best lyrical showcases. “High School” with Lil Wayne is smooth as hell. “I’m Legit” with Ciara is great, and “The Boys” with Cassie is even better. 5) Pink Friday 2 (89)-I don’t find myself going back to thi...

Album Review: Lady Gaga-MAYHEM

I meant to review this album sooner, but nonetheless its another terrific album from Gaga. The album gets off to a great start with songs "Disease" and "Abracadabra". Lady Gaga is in top form lyrically and vocally here. The production was really exceptional too. "Killah" and "Zombieboy" were also highlights. I really like the album closer with Bruno Mars, "Die With a Smile" too. "Garden of Eden" might be my favorite song. You're basically looking at an album with no bad songs and great replay value (tilt). I mean at this point you can't count out Gaga. This one is a tad bit better than her 2020 album Chromatica. I reviewed that too if you want to read my thoughts about it. Lyrics 25 Beats 24 Depth 25 Tilt 24 Verdict 98
