50 Cent's Discography

Animal Ambition: This album is by far 50’s worst. There’s not really any terrific songs, but there are some good ones like Animal Ambition, Flip On You, and Pilot. However he caters to the ladies far too much in the middle of the album. Maybe  he was making up for the lack of lady friendly songs on Before I Self Destruct.

Before I Self Destruct: Fitty’s 4th album is pretty damn good. He sounds very focused lyrically on it. The album has some quality songs like Baby By Me and Do You Think About Me. Those are the only lady friendly songs. The album is still high  quality. There’s not many guest spots either. Check out the excellent bonus track Flight 187.

Curtis: The 3rd album from 50 Cent is good, but you cant help but feel like he’s lost a lot of his ambition that made him great. However the album has some gems on it. However only 2 songs, “Ayo Technology” and “I Get Money” feel on par with 50’s usual standards for a hit. The album is hit or miss, well mostly a hit. Guests include Akon, Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Young Buck, and Nicole Scher….that chick from Pussycat dolls.

The Massacre: 50’s sophomore album isn’t as good as his first, but its really tight in its own right. It’s a long album, but there are varied, well produced, songs with good hooks. There’s great songs Candy Shop, Piggy Bank, and even a remix of Hate it or Love It. The album does have some obvious filler, like So Amazing and Gunz Come Out. The guest list is huge: Eminem, Jamie Foxx, Tony Yayo, Olivia, and G-Unit.

Get Rich or Die Tryin’: This debut album is one of rap’s best. For one the production is top notch. 50 commands lyrically pretty easily. He just seeme hungrier on this album. There’s short guest list such as G-Unit(Young Buck, Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo.) Nate Dogg, and Eminem. Shady actually shows up on 2 songs, the first one, Patiently Waiting being one of the best songs. In Da Club remains a stand out song. 50 is the star here, and no one really steals the spotlight.

Doja Cat Albums Worst to Best

Doja Cat has been one of my favorite rapper/singers of the past few years. Let's see which albums are the best from her. 5) Amala (88)- Doja’s first album is honestly pretty damn good. You can tell she was still refining her sound tho on this. The last 3 songs “Juicy”, “Tia Tamera”, and “Mooo” are so good. “Candy” is another banger. The album is really well balanced being pretty much good in all areas but not really great in any tho. Favorite Track: Mooo. 4) Scarlet (90)- Believe it or not, this was an album I was on the fence about getting. I’m glad I got it. This is a rap heavy album but there’s still plenty of singing here and there. “Demons” and “F**k the GIrls” are Doja at her roughest. “Attention” was a great single. “Agora Hills” is a nice cute track. The monster single “Paint the Town Red” is the best track however. This album wa a big departure for her, but for the most part it paid off. Fav. Track Paint the Town Red. 3) Vie (92)- This was Doja returning to her pop roots,...

Video Game Review: Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

I happened to beat this game recently for the first time in I was just in awe at how epic this game is. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a sequel to Final Fantasy 7 Remake (which I played on the ps4). This game was a ps5 exclusive however. I know I needed a ps5 if I was gonna play it. And last year I made that happen. This is a continuation of the story of Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, and Barrett as they fight against the Shinra Corporation and the evil Sephiroth. I'll try not spoil much. When the game starts you play as Zack who is a solider like Cloud. You saw Zack at the end of Remake. Basically story wise there is another dimension in this game and you play as Zach in it here and there. There is a relationship meter that the main character Cloud has with every party member….answering certain questions one way or another will change the relationship. I found this to be a cool touch that the first game barely had any resemblance of. The game's graphics are outstanding and characters look ...

Album Review: Doja Cat-Vie

The much anticipated latest Doja Cat album! I was very curious to see where she'd go after the dark rap heavy Scarlet. The path she took was a 80s sounding pop album. It took a few listens for the album to click with me but yeah its awesome. Doja is in her zone here on this album. She sings a lot and acts as her own featured rap artist which is interesting. The first 3 songs are pretty strong. "Cards" is sultry. I love "Jealous Type" too (the lead single). "AAAH MEN!" might be my favorite song however. The production is great but maybe not the best she's ever had. I liked most every song. "Silly!Fun!" and "Come Back" are also excellent. As far as features go there's only SZA on " Take Me Dancing". So basically we have a very strong album here...but maybe not quite as good as Planet Her but it’s very close. Maybe I'll do a Doja Cat album ranking in the near future. She's been one of my favorite artists sin...
