Ab-Soul is back, and with an easier album to digest. The
album’s weakest points are its production. Besides that, the album is very
creative and pretty fresh sounding. I liked about every song. I wasn’t feeling
the 24 minute long track at the end though. The guest spots are well used as
well. The Kendrick Lamar interlude is really hot as well. Lyrics are the album’s
strength, and I feel it’s a little bit better than Schoolboy Q’s Oxymoron
album. I look forward to future Black Hippy projects.
