Album Review: Eminem-Kamikaze


Shady has done it again! I like this album. Its kind of like Recovery part 2, however there is no….super positive message tho. Eminem is pissed the f*** off at..his fans and mumble rappers. I actually feel he’s justified to be pissed at both. Think about it. He’s the highest sellin rapper of ALL TIME. But his fans claimed Revival, his 2017 outing sucked? Peep my review for Revival.

The production was lackluster. That’s all. His lyricism is great here and word play is too. I feel yet again the production is below Em’s standards. I mean this guy once rapped over Dr. Dre beats like The Real Slimshady. I due believe we’ll get another album one day from this top 5 all time MC. Where does Eminem rank all time to me? Hmm. 1)Pac 2)Jay-Z, 3)Biggie 3)Nas 5) Eminem.

Album Review: Schoolboy Q-Blue Lips

 Ok I am a big Schoolboy Q fan. I gotta say I love this album...but believe it or not what kept me from getting it till fall 2024 was that horrendous album artwork lol. I mean damn its gross! Schoolboy has some great flows and lyricism on this album. "Thank god 4 me" is absolute flames. "Blueslides" is another highlight. There's something about the song "first" that is just so catchy to me. "Yern" is also pretty hard man. The guest list is minimal but it works. The production is really good here too. My Top Video Games of all time

I've done plenty of music lists, so i think its time to pay homage to my top video games of all time. I'm only going to mention games i've played. So, if a game you like is not up here(which I guarantee a few wont be) let me know. Lets get into it.... 1)       The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time- I have praised this game so many times, and it’s all well deserved. Ocarina has great controls and the graphics were nice at the time. I really love the story, and how the game is paced. You do a side quest of some kind, which generally isn’t long, then you go to a dungeon, get an item, use that item to get further in the dungeon, then beat the boss. Ocarina is, the best Zelda, and as of right now I don’t think that’s up for discussion. Album Review: Clipse- Let God Sort Em Out

Well I didn't rush this review, I've had some time to sit with this album. It's a hell of a comeback album. Pusha T and Malice are deadly as ever on the mic. The album lyrically is intense. Production is pretty good too but I expected slightly more from an album produced entirely by Pharrell Williams. Speaking of Pharrell, he's all over this album...sometimes not just relegated to a hook. The album gets off to a great start with "The Birds Don't Sing" where both brothers talk about their parents who passed. Pusha T raps about his Mom. Malice about his dad. I really liked the vibe of "All Things Considered"; the The-Dream feature is good. That brings me to the features....like a monster one from Kendrick Lamar on "Chains & Whips".
