Missy Elliot: Worst to Best

I'd like to rank one of the best female MCs discographies. Missy is one of my favorite rappers lets get to it....There are no wack albums in her discography but some are definitely better than others.

6) The Cookbook-Coming in last is The Cookbook. It's certainly not a bad album but I think there's too many songs that are kinda....skippable. However there's some serious heat on this album tho. The album is well produced like all her albums. The production does seem very varied compared to the sound of previous albums. "Loose Control" with Ciara and Fatman Scoop is one of her best songs honestly. The Neptunes produced "On & On" is no joke also. Notable Tracks: Loose Control, Click Clack, On & On, We Run This.

5) Da Real World-This album could have been 4th but I haven't heard it that much unfortunately. It's got a darker sound than her debut album. I remember the two singles, "Hot Boyz" and "All N My Grill" were straight bangers. "Busa Rhyme" with Eminem is another great song. I honestly like this album but like I said I haven't heard it that much. NT: She's a Bitch, Busa Rhyme, All N My Grill, Hot Boyz.

4) This is Not a Test- While I do acknowledge there is some filler on this album, there's also a lot of quality songs on it. "Pass That Dutch" has an infectious beat. Missy spits fire on "I'm Really Hot" also. The back to back songs of "Let it Bump" and "Pump it Up" are great songs. This was a great album and honestly in 2003 Missy had already proved herself as one of the best female MCs of all time. Notable Tracks: Wake Up, Pass That Dutch, I'm Really Hot, Let Me Fix My Weave, Pump It Up, Let it Bump.

3) Supa Dupa Fly-Some may say this is her best album. I feel it's definitely top 3. The album is a real trendsetter for the genre. Missy came out of the gate with gems like "Sock It 2 Me" and "The Rain". Those 2 songs are just so addictive. I really like "Pass Da Blunt" also. The Timbaland production is top notch here. Theres also a heavy R&B presence here as well. Ultimately this is a solid album but its not quite better than the best 2 albums she has. NT: Sock it 2 Me, Beep Me 911, The Rain, Pass Da Blunt.

2) Under Construction-This album is just got serious heat on it. To me there's nota skip till track 7 which is impressive. "Gossip Folks" featuring Ludacris fire. "Work It" is one of her best songs. I like the  remix with 50 Cent too. The production on this album is just top notch.  Honestly this album is almost as good as the number one pick. Missy really spits well on this album too. NT: Work It, Back in the Day, Funky Fresh Dressed, Gossip Folks.

1) Miss E...So Addictive- This is the quintessential Missy Elliot album. The production is as good as ever. This album has "Get Ur Freak On" which is I think her best song. "Take Away" featuring Genuine is also really good. "One Minute Man" which features Ludacris is another highlight. "4 My People" features Eve and is a great track. The only song I am not really feeling is "X-Tasy"; the rest are great. You can't forget about "Dog In Heat" which features Method Man and Redman. NT: One Minute Man, Get Ur Freak On, Dog in Heat, Take Away, 4 My People, Whatcha Gonna Do.

Doja Cat Albums Worst to Best

Doja Cat has been one of my favorite rapper/singers of the past few years. Let's see which albums are the best from her. 5) Amala (88)- Doja’s first album is honestly pretty damn good. You can tell she was still refining her sound tho on this. The last 3 songs “Juicy”, “Tia Tamera”, and “Mooo” are so good. “Candy” is another banger. The album is really well balanced being pretty much good in all areas but not really great in any tho. Favorite Track: Mooo. 4) Scarlet (90)- Believe it or not, this was an album I was on the fence about getting. I’m glad I got it. This is a rap heavy album but there’s still plenty of singing here and there. “Demons” and “F**k the GIrls” are Doja at her roughest. “Attention” was a great single. “Agora Hills” is a nice cute track. The monster single “Paint the Town Red” is the best track however. This album wa a big departure for her, but for the most part it paid off. Fav. Track Paint the Town Red. 3) Vie (92)- This was Doja returning to her pop roots,...

Tech Review: Iphone Air

I have only had this phone for over a week but I feel the need to review it. I recently got a 512gb light gold iPhone Air. This phone is so thin. You really have to hold it for yourself to believe it. I knew when I used it at a local Best Buy I had to have it. The phone is also a modern marvel having most of the technology in the camera bump. Of course you're wondering about that camera and battery life.  Honestly the battery is decent. It gets me through the day at work with minimal charging ( I mean who goes somewhere with no charger anymore?). The camera is good too. I'm not a huge camera guy anyways. The phone's 6.5 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display is great. I really notice a difference from my old phone (iPhone 12). The phone doesn't really get that hot either which is great. One thing I'm not a huge fan of is the one speaker on the phone....but honestly it's not that bad. I usually use headphones anyways. Apple Intelligence is still in beta but I think ...

Kanye West Albums Ranked (2026 Revision)

16) Vultures 2 (72)- It should be no surprise this album is the worst of the bunch. It just comes off as lazy and uninspired most of the time. The production is decent tho. “Bomb” features Yuno Miles and his daughters: North and Chicago West…..and it's really corny. “Husband” is just god awful. I don’t know what he was going for with that one! “Fried” is pretty dope tho….and you can see the potential of “530”. 15) Donda 2 (75) - I haven’t had a lot of time to sit with this one. It’s not that bad tho…in fact it’s kind of average. I really like “City of God” which features Alicia Keys and Five Foreign. Sure lyrically its not great but the production again isn’t bad. Ultimately I feel like this has little to do with the first Donda album…. 14) 808s and Heartbreak (83) - You may be shocked to see this still near the bottom of his discography. While I bumped the score up a little from last time, I still feel 808’s isn’t all that. I love “Heartless” as it’s probably the best song. “Love...
